MARY-Helen Nnadi
MARY-HELEN NNADI is a CMD certified Trainer with an MSc., Human Resources Management, ESUT Business School, Enugu and BA(Hons), French of the University of Calabar. Ms. Nnadi had a career in banking where she developed core competences in Human Resources and Capacity Building. She was Head, Diamond Bank Training School in 2005, where she worked with people of diverse backgrounds and ethnicity.
Having successfully run the Diamond Bank Training School in Lagos and winning the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Award of Excellence in 2005, she moved to Abuja to set up the new Regional Training School for the bank.
While in Diamond Bank Plc., she had the oversight function of the Regional Training School, Abuja. Her appointment in June, 2011 as the Dean, Diamond Bank Academy, Lagos is a testament to her professional excellence.
She was involved in the set up the Universal Training & Consult Ltd., where she designed and facilitated modules of training programmes for organisations.
Ms Nnadi had a brief stint in Public Sector, where she was Deputy Director/Divisional Head, Learning and Career Development of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). She acted in a dual capacity as the Head of Department of Human Resources Management of the SEC, where she had the oversight function of 5 Divisions.
She served as a Judge in “Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE)”, National competition. She served as a Judge at the SIFE World Cup in California, USA in October, 2010. She was appointed to serve as a Judge at the (SIFE) now, ENACTUS Worldwide competition in Washington, D.C., USA in 2012.
Ms Nnadi was selected into the International ‘WHO’S WHO’ of World professionals, U.S.A (2008) –Testament to her professional, academic and civic achievement.She has attended several courses and conferences in Nigeria and overseas. They include “Leading Strategic Growth and Change at the prestigious Columbia Business School in New York, USA.
